Prepay credits

Choose quarterly or annual. Your prepay sits as a credit balance on your account, ready to be drawn down each month.

Pay for actual usage

Each month, we calculate billable workers — anyone on a ProPay or who logged time. Admins and managers don't count unless they're on a ProPay.

Slow season? Unused credits don't expire. They roll into the next month or term. You're only billed for the work that actually happened.

Pricing questions, answered.

Who counts as a billable worker?

Anyone who's on a ProPay or logged time during the month. Admins and managers don't count unless they're placed on a ProPay. You'll see exactly who counted in your account every month.

What's the minimum?

$99/month on quarterly billing. $950/year on annual billing. Each month (or year, on annual), you're charged the greater of your usage or the minimum. Minimums keep billing predictable through slow or seasonal periods.

What happens to unused credits?

They roll forward. Credits don't expire. If your usage is low one month, the credits stay on your account for the next month or the next term. We also true up your prepay at renewal so you're never stuck with unused balance.

Do I need to commit to a long contract?

No. Quarterly prepay means you commit 3 months at a time. Annual is a discount option, not a requirement. You can cancel between terms without penalty.

What's actually included in Standard?

Everything most operators need: all target types, all bonus shapes, the worker mobile app in three languages, the Held Bonus Ledger, production tracking and time distribution, all integrations, and email/chat support with launch onboarding.

When does Enterprise make sense?

For organizations 250+ workers, multi-division operators, or anyone who needs an isolated database, custom integrations to internal systems, dedicated launch support, or enhanced security and access controls.

Will the bonus program cost me money?

No. The bonus pool is funded entirely by the labor savings your team creates. If the team doesn't save anything, nothing pays out. The platform can't cost more than it saves. That's the design.

What about overtime and compliance?

Built in. Bonuses respect overtime adjustments, payroll cycles, and compliance requirements automatically. We've handled this for hundreds of teams.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. You can cancel between billing terms without penalty. Unused credits stay yours through the end of your prepaid term.
