What happens when you delete your account

We confirm your request

Within one business day, our support team confirms receipt and verifies you're the account holder. We may reach out by phone if needed.

Your account data is deleted

We permanently delete your profile, performance data, bonus history, payment methods, and any uploaded files. This happens within 30 days of confirmed request.

Some records are retained

Certain records (transaction history, tax-related data) are retained as required by law for the period required by your jurisdiction — typically 7 years.
