Each month, we calculate billable workers — anyone on a ProPay or who logged time. Admins and managers don't count unless they're on a ProPay.
Slow season? Unused credits don't expire. They roll into the next month or term. You're only billed for the work that actually happened.

They roll forward. Credits don't expire. If your usage is low one month, the credits stay on your account for the next month or the next term. We also true up your prepay at renewal so you're never stuck with unused balance.
No. Quarterly prepay means you commit 3 months at a time. Annual is a discount option, not a requirement. You can cancel between terms without penalty.
